About me

Hi, I’m Katriel.

I help dancers train like athletes and perform like artists.

I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy based in Spokane, Washington, and I help dancers get stronger and move better.

Dancers are athletes. I draw from evidence-based sports medicine to create training that delivers results. In my sessions, you will sweat, lift, stretch, jump, and push your limits so that your body grows stronger, more resilient, and ready for the demands of performance.

Dancers are also artists. With my background as both a performer and dance teacher, I make sure what we do in the clinic translates directly to the studio. That means connecting the dots between strength and artistry, like taking that new back power and channeling it into a more lifted arabesque, or building stability so your turns look effortless. You won’t just get stronger, you’ll dance better.

My dance PT experience includes a clinical internship at SF Performing Arts PT, where I worked with elite professional dancers, as well as holding a certification in PointeSafe, a pointe-readiness assessment program. Here in Spokane, I continue to teach dance and perform in professional projects.

I would love to work with you to keep you healthy, elevate your technique, and help you shine as both an athlete and an artist.
